Temp emergency repair on loose flashing
I'd seen some loose flashing that had opened and was funnelling water in. Hornby roofing came to the rescue, told me it would require a proper permanent repair and they would be available in the new year. Gave me a quick temporary fix to get through the winter season, there and then he was on the roof and temp fixed the issue. 20 minutes he was done. I'm so impressed with his service I'll be renewing all the flashing next year, im that impressed I'm even considering using them to renew the roof as a whole job lot. Absolutely fantastic service! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent job this guy is a master craftsman not a roofer the quality and attention to detail are second to none Would highly recommend Spanish slate and lead work is immaculate We had a roof replaced with a flue going. Through it Probably the best part of our renovation so far - shame it’s not on the inside of our home to admire !

Do you charge to come out and take a look?
No, as long as you're in my catchment area: Wigan and surrounding areas.
Can you give me a price before you see the roof?
If you send photos or a short video, I can usually give you a good idea. For a firm quote, I need to see the roof properly so I know exactly what’s going on.
Do you do small repairs?
Yes. I cover all aspects of pitched roofing, from a single slipped tile to larger repairs. Not everything needs a full roof job.
Will you try to sell me a new roof?
No. If a repair will sort it, I’ll tell you that. If your roof really is at the end of its life, I’ll show you clear photos so you understand why.
How soon can you come out?
It depends on my schedule, but leaks are a priority. Send me a message on WhatsApp and I’ll let you know my next available slot.
Are you insured?
Yes, I’m fully insured to work on residential roofs. You can ask for proof anytime.
What if the leak comes back?
If I’ve repaired an area and you still have an issue with that same spot, message me. I stand by my work and I’ll come back to check it.
Do you work while homeowners are out?
Not usually. Most roof work doesn’t require me to go inside your house, so you won’t need to take time off work. If I ever do need access, I’ll let you know in advance.
